What this tool does
Since 2026 Shopee's fees are more numerous and more complicated: commission by category of 4%–7.5% (7.5%–9% on Mall), a 2.5% payment & system processing fee, the mandatory Free Shipping & Advanced Seller Program (Plan 1 at 6% or Plan 2 at NT$60 per order), Coins Cashback service fees, promo-day surcharges, pre-order surcharges… losing twenty percent of an item is common. This tool lists every single fee.
It also works backwards: given your cost and a 30% target margin, the minimum price to set; or the break-even price, so you can check a sale won't lose money before you run it.
Rates carry a verification date, and when Shopee changes them you can enter the new ones under “Edit them”; your Seller Centre statement is the final word. Everything is calculated in your browser and never uploaded.

FAQ
Plan 1 or Plan 2 of the free-shipping program?
Plan 1 charges 6% of the order amount, Plan 2 a flat NT$60 per order (6% on orders of NT$99 or less). They meet at NT$1,000: below NT$1,000 Plan 1 is cheaper, above NT$1,000 Plan 2 is. Switch plans in the tool to see the difference.
Is the commission capped?
For regular sellers it is capped at NT$35,000 per item and per order; Mall has no cap.
Why is the payment fee different from my statement?
Shopee's base for the payment fee includes shipping and Shopee-funded discounts (coins, vouchers), while the tool uses the item price only, so the real fee is slightly higher. Your Seller Centre statement has the exact figure.
What if the rates change?
Open “Different rates? Edit them”, enter the new commission or payment rate and it recalculates at once; we also update the defaults regularly (the page shows the verification date).
