What this tool does

Step by step: pick a start date and one week, two weeks or a month → one person per line → shifts (morning, evening, full day, off; rename them and change hours and colors, up to 6) → pick a shift and tap cells. Tap a date to set everyone that day, or a name to set that person's every day, to the selected shift; “Undo” fixes mistakes.

“Auto-fill days off” fills the empty cells: everyone gets two days off a week, staggered, and the first shift on the other days — then adjust as you like. For two weeks or more, “Copy week 1” repeats the first week. The table counts each person's work days and the staff on shift each day (days with nobody working are marked in red).

Save it as an image for your LINE group, or download an A4 landscape PDF to print and post in the shop; weekends are highlighted and each shift's hours are listed underneath. Everything stays in this device's browser for next time and is never uploaded; 3 times a day without logging in, 10 a day after signing up.

FAQ

What's the quickest way?

Tap “Auto-fill days off (empty cells)” first: everyone gets two staggered days off a week and the first shift on the other days. Then pick “PM” and tap a few cells to make them evening shifts. For a day the shop is closed, pick “Off” and tap that date.

Can I plan a whole month?

Yes — “1 month” covers day 1 to the end of that month. On a phone the table scrolls sideways with the names fixed on the left, and the image or PDF fits the whole month on one page.

Will it still be there next time?

Yes. It's saved in this phone's or computer's browser (never uploaded); on another device you'd start again. Schedules older than 60 days are cleared automatically.

Does it cost anything?

Free: 3 a day without an account, 10 a day once you sign up.
